How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location within the United States.
All orders include free shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking numbers are generated within 1–3 business days, but it may take 3–5 days before movement appears in the tracking system — this is completely normal.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we hope to expand internationally in the future.
What are the lamps made of?
Each Holloway Glass lamp is made from hand-cut stained glass pieces assembled to create a beautiful mosaic-style design. Every lamp is carefully crafted to produce a warm, colorful glow.
Is the lamp safe for bedrooms or nurseries?
Yes. Our lamps use a soft warm LED light, making them perfect for nightstands, bedrooms, and cozy spaces.
Does the lamp get hot?
No. The LED lighting system produces very little heat, making it safe for everyday indoor use.
How should I clean the lamp?
To clean your lamp, simply wipe it gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth.
Please do not submerge the lamp in water, as it contains electrical components.
Can I return my order?
All products are sold at special reduced prices, therefore all sales are final.
However, if you experience any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them. After that, the packaging process has already started and cancellation may no longer be possible.

What if my lamp arrives damaged?
If your lamp arrives damaged, please contact us at info@holloway-glass.com with a photo of the damage.
We will send a replacement right away, and you do not need to return the damaged item.
What if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us at info@holloway-glass.com and we will send the correct item immediately or offer a refund — your choice.
My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.
Please check around your front door, mailbox, side entrances, or with neighbors, as packages can sometimes be placed in unexpected locations.
If you still cannot locate it after 1–2 days, contact us and we will help.
